About
I work with leaders, teams and organizations to help them achieve remarkable results. I do what I do because I’ve been both a successful and a struggling leader, a member of both high performing and dysfunctional teams, and an employee in both extraordinarily engaged and profoundly detached cultures. I’ve learned the hard way what makes the difference between great and sub-par leadership and organizational cultures, and it drives me to help others achieve astounding outcomes. I’ve personally experienced the benefits of coaching and know it has the power to transform.
I am an ACE-certified coach and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), certified to administer the Hogan Leadership Assessments, EQi2.0 Individual and 360 Assessments, Pinsight Leadership Simulations, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the Denison Culture Survey, and I’m also a Prosci-certified organizational change management practitioner. I hold an MA in Organizational Communication from the University of Denver and a BA in Biology from the University of Colorado.
When not doing this work, I spend time outdoors in my hometown of Bend, Oregon and throughout the Pacific Northwest – hiking, trail running, cycling on roads and gravel trails, doing all kinds of skiing, and playing pickleball. Vacations often take me to foreign wilderness areas and cities known for great food and wine. Favorite indoor pastimes include enjoying live music, watching independent films and quirky shows, listening to audio books, working my way through “Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat” recipes, and savoring fine dark chocolate.
